2.3.2 Maintain and update your registration information to keep it accurate and complete. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your registration if the information provided is found to be untrue or incomplete.
3.1 We are responsible for managing and administering the site, processing orders, and arranging fulfillment on behalf of the suppliers. We are not the seller or supplier of the merchandise unless otherwise specified.
3.2 When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy the specified merchandise at the stated price. Orders cannot be canceled once submitted.
3.3 We will acknowledge your order by email, providing details of the ordered merchandise, price, order progress, and estimated dispatch and delivery information. This email serves as our acceptance of your order. You can track your order status online.
3.4 Our acceptance of your order may cover only part of the merchandise ordered. If this is the case, further acceptance will be sent for the remaining merchandise.
3.5 The availability of merchandise is shown online and regularly updated by the suppliers. However, availability is not guaranteed, and reliance on the information should be done cautiously.
3.6 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, including situations where there is insufficient stock, delivery cannot be arranged, or incorrect pricing information was provided.
3.7 If we cancel your order, we will notify you by email and refund any payment made. We will not be obliged to offer compensation for any disappointment caused.
4.1 We make reasonable efforts to display accurate and up-to-date prices on our site. However, the final price may be confirmed only upon acceptance of your order.
4.2 If the price at the time of acceptance is higher than the price at the time of placing the order, we may cancel the order or offer you the option to pay the higher price.
4.3 Payment can be made only with Visa and MasterCard credit cards or PayMe. By placing an order, you authorize us to debit the specified credit card or PayMe account for the order amount. Ownership of the merchandise is transferred upon payment.
4.4 Online transactions are processed by third-party payment services. By placing an order, you agree to the collection, processing, and storage of your credit card information by us and the payment service provider. We are not liable for any losses incurred during credit card transactions.
5.1 We offer delivery in specified areas of Hong Kong from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays and during typhoon signal No. 8 or above or black rainstorm warning. Deliveries to remote areas, outer islands, and buildings without elevator facility are not available. We reserve the right to decline delivery at our discretion.
5.2 The ordered merchandise will be delivered to the address provided at the time of order placement. You must present your photo identification upon receipt of the merchandise. Delivery is considered complete once the merchandise is delivered to the specified address. If you fail to accept delivery, additional costs may be charged or your order may be canceled without refund or compensation.
5.3 We aim to deliver the merchandise within 5 working days after accepting your order and receiving payment. You may be able to select a preferred delivery timeslot during order placement.
5.4 Merchandise may be delivered in multiple instalments, and some items may be delivered directly from the suppliers. Any delivery times provided are estimates and not guaranteed. We will inform you of any delays in delivery. No cancellation or refund will be accepted in such cases.
5.5 If merchandise is delivered by suppliers, the supplier will be solely responsible for the delivery according to the agreed arrangements.
5.6 Once the merchandise is delivered to you, you become the owner. Any loss or damage incurred after delivery is at your own risk, and we are not liable.
5.7 Delivery charges and free delivery thresholds are specified on our site. We reserve the right to amend the free delivery threshold at any time.
6.1 Unless otherwise specified, returns or exchanges of merchandise will not be accepted. Please refer to the returns or exchanges policy before placing an order.
6.2 Faulty, defective, damaged merchandise, incorrect orders, or incorrect quantities may be eligible for return or exchange within seven (7) days of receipt, subject to the returns or exchanges policy. The merchandise must be unused, in its original condition, and returned within the specified period.
6.3 Refunds for accepted returns will be made via Credit Card or PayMe. Cash refunds will not be offered. If any promotional discount was applied at the time of purchase, the refund will be based on the amount paid. Refunds for purchases made with cash coupons will be credited via Credit Card or PayMe.
6.4 Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
6.5 Returns must be requested through Live Chat and returned to us within the specified period.
7.1 We do not guarantee uninterrupted, reliable, or fault-free access to our site.
7.2 We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of our site content, including product filters.
7.3 We do not guarantee the quality, fitness for purpose, or merchantable quality of services or merchandise.
7.4 We are not liable for any technical inaccuracies, errors, omissions, unavailability, delays, or misrepresentations on our site.
7.5 We do not guarantee the security of information transmitted over the internet. You transmit information at your own risk.

8.2 You agree not to interfere with the operation of our site or transmit harmful computer code.
8.3 You agree that we may cease to supply any Content if you breach these terms.
